Opened in 2005, Welcome Skateshop is the place that Madrid owes the revival of the skateboarding scene. The most important things in the store are family values and a positive atmosphere.
By acting in accordance with the philosophy of "all people are welcome", we managed to rebuild the skateboarding community in Madrid. For the first collaboration with Nike SB, the store chose a classic skateboarding model - Zoom Blazer Mid. A style from the 1970s, popularity in the 1980s and cult status in the 1990s - this timeless model is loved by subsequent generations of skateboarders and trendsetters. As for the appearance of the new shoes, high-quality alabaster leather on the upper adapts perfectly to the foot. The houndstooth pattern on the collar and thick laces give it a stylish look, while the leather weave on the heel and serrated eyelets adds a craftsman feel. The original graphic by Marta Baztan on the insole refers to the favorite pattern on the board of the Welcome Skateboard store. The Zoom Air cushion in the heel provides cushioning both while skating and in everyday life. So we invite you, all people are welcome!
