Free returns by Polish Post

With our store, you don't have to worry about the size you choose not fitting or otherwise not meeting your expectations. By integrating our store with free/low-cost with the returns of the Polish Post, you buy without stress and fear that the return of the purchased goods will be a road through an ordeal.

According to the current law you have 14 days to return goods purchased online and withdraw from the concluded contract without giving any reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations you can send them back to us. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, while the return package should be sent back to us via the Polish Postal Service, with which our wizard is integrated.

We chose the Polish Post Office as our trusted partner for return shipments due to the fact that it is the largest postal operator operating in the Polish market with 455 years of tradition, with more than 7,500 outlets, branches and postal agencies. So thanks to our cooperation, you don't have to wait for the courier. All you have to do is print out the automatically generated documents and, for example, on your way to work, leave the parcel at the Post Office's office convenient to you.

Adding a return has been boiled down to six simple steps that constitute the return wizard. The wizard will automatically generate a label for you, which you just need to print out. This way you don't waste your time manually filling out any documents!

The fee for making a return is only PLN 9.50 whereby you do not have to pay it at the post office - it will be deducted from the amount we will refund you for the returned goods. We are committed to your complete satisfaction.

Safely
All returned shipments are insured up to a value of PLN 1000.

How to return purchased goods?

• Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return.
• In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the "I will use the store's shipments" option and choosing the form in which you want to receive the returned money.
• Generate return documents with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document.
• Put the originally packaged goods along with the return document in the carton intended for shipping and seal it well. You can use the cardboard box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any Post Office facility where you will give the postal worker the package along with the label page. Remember that the dimensions of the parcel must not exceed 60 cm x 50 cm x 35 cm and a weight of 30 kg. At the same time, we pay attention that the goods do not bear visible signs of use and have a set of tags.
• We will refund your money, in the form selected in the return wizard, to within 14 days upon receipt of the return shipment. As a rule, however, it takes less time.
